Begin with the role in your range
Tell us whether the coffee will support an espresso blend, a commercial roasting programme or a distinct origin offering. Specify the species and processing you require rather than relying on the country name alone. Send an approved sample reference or target cup description when available.
Request a lot-level specification
Ask for region and producer or exporter identification, crop year, processing, screen specification, moisture specification, defect allowance and packaging as applicable to your contract. These are points to agree for the actual lot; they are not a claim that every Brazilian coffee has the same grade.
Evaluate the sample before scaling
Record the sample identity and assessment method. If the proposed shipment is a different lot, ask how it will be compared with the approved sample. Confirm whether sample quantity and shipping charges are included and how long the commercial offer remains valid.
Build the purchase around the destination
Share total quantity, monthly use, destination and delivery window. We review supplier availability, minimum order and shipment basis for the inquiry. A futures benchmark or a market report is context, not an Atlas physical offer; the written quotation defines the product and terms.
