For buyers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates, name the actual receiving point and the party responsible for import and delivery arrangements. A quotation for collection, arrival at a port and delivery to a warehouse covers different responsibilities; compare like with like.
Origin shipment or regional supply
Tell us whether the priority is replenishing a nearby roasting operation or planning a larger future purchase. We can assess producer, exporter and regional distributor options. Availability in the UAE, local stock and a fixed lead time should only be assumed when stated in the confirmed quotation.
Keep blend requirements measurable
For a blend component, share the approved cup profile, species, processing preference and tolerance for substitution. For a distinct origin offering, request traceability and sample details for the proposed lot. Agree how a repeat order will be evaluated if the lot changes.
Request a comparable quotation
