Compare the complete purchase
Ask for the lot reference, crop year, processing method, agreed quality specification and packaging. Compare quotations on the same delivery basis, with the named place and responsibilities recorded. A headline price alone does not describe the cost of coffee delivered to your roastery.
Agree the sample and storage plan
Set the sample evaluation and acceptance process before confirming the order. Include your receiving location and storage capacity in the inquiry, especially when considering a larger shipment. Sample availability, quantity, charges and dispatch timing require confirmation.
